Experienced in complex, international business arbitratoin and litigation, including intellectual property litigation and bondholder disputes. Experienced neutral mediator. Have handled copyright cases and trademark disputes involving globally recognized marks. Represented the Congessional Medal of Honor Foundation as amicus curiae in the U.S. Supreme Court case, US v. Alvarez, regarding the constitutionality of the Stolen Valor Act. Was selected to the NY Super Lawyers - Metro Edition 2010, 2011, and 2012—one of only 5% of NY attorneys to be so honored each year. And was rated AV Preeminent in Martindale-Hubbell peer review ratings in each of the last five years. Member of the U.S. District Court Local Rules Committee (EDNY/SDNY); participated in drafting the Courts' local civil rules and local patent rules.
